Support for the UB6250 exists in recent kernels, albeit with an "experimental" status (as of Linux 3.0.0). The reader chip is identified within the USB subsystem as 0cf2:6250 ENE Technology, Inc. I've done some research on the card reader included with that computer. Okay did lsusb -v with and without the sd card in the reader in mint and couldnt find anything relating to sd card reader.
